David Berk is a Research Analyst at Baron Capital focused on real estate. He joined the Firm in 2023 and has 9 years of research experience. Previously, he was a private equity senior associate at Vestar Capital Partners. He started his career as an investment banking analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. David earned his MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University. He grew up in Highland Park, a suburb of Chicago, and is a dedicated Chicago Bears fan. Now living on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, David enjoys running in Central Park and spending time with his wife and their Golden Retriever.
