Josh Saltman is a Portfolio Manager at Baron Capital specializing in financial services and technology companies. He joined the Firm in 2011 as a Research Analyst and has 20 years of research experience. Earlier in his career, he was an associate at TA Associates and an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley. Josh earned his MBA with honors from Columbia Business School and graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University with a BSE in Operations Research and Financial Engineering. Outside of work, he spends his time biking with his three daughters, skiing, and reading.
