Katya Rosenblatt
SVP, Global Head of Distribution and Business Development
Katya joined Baron Capital in 2020 as head of business development and was named global head of distribution and business development in 2025. From 2018 to 2020, she was a senior managing director at Key Square Capital Management, where she ran sales, marketing, and investor relations. From 2002 to 2018, she worked at Goldman Sachs, where she was a managing director and head of NY Capital Introduction. Katya graduated from Harvard College, where she was a John Harvard Scholar, with an honors degree in Economics in 2002.
